  • ACTALIA Contrôle et qualité [Quality Control]

Thanks to its qualified and experienced teams and two COFRAC accredited laboratories (no. 1-1026 and no. 1-5576; scope available at www.cofrac.fr), the division offers its analytical expertise regarding physico-chemical and microbiological analyses of milk, cheese and food products. The department is also recognised as an Expert Laboratory for the validation of AFNOR alternative methods (an expert laboratory).

  • ACTALIA Produits Laitiers [Dairy Products] 

The Dairy Products department proposes highly specific analytical services, benchmarks in France, on two topics
o Dairy microbiology: highly specific analyses for an in-depth evaluation of the composition of products as well as fermentation, proteolysis and lipolysis in dairy products.
o Measurement of the culinary capacity of cheese: instrumental methods of analysis and control of the behaviour of cheese when hot.
